This online event is a funded workshop for Teaching and Learning Support Assistants in Wales exploring connecting with your sense of purpose.

Having a sense of purpose and knowing why we do what we do, can help us in times of challenge. When things get tough, or we feel the stress of the job more, it is easy to lose sight of this ‘purpose’ and it can de-motivate and de-energise us.

It takes some reflective thinking time to explore what we think and how we feel, but when we do, that creative act can give us a greater understanding of our sense of purpose.

This workshop reminds us why we do what we do and re-connects us with our values and what matters to us. This can help to build resilience, feed our energy reserves and help us stay mentally healthy.
