A practical training day for newly qualified teachers looking to get the best start to their careers. The day will explore current ideas from research and practice, and help NQTs to develop strategies to add to their ‘teacher toolkit’.

Focusing on the basic skills teachers must master to be effective from the start, the day will be led by two highly experienced school leaders: Chris Moyse and Ross Morrison McGill. Attendees will leave equipped with the knowledge and practice to build a strong foundation for their first year and for the rest of their careers.
