This one-day course aims to support those who are considering applying for a headship role within the next 12-24 months.

The event will focus on the recruitment process, providing delegates with the opportunity to obtain feedback across a wide range of leadership domains likely to be assessed as part of the headteacher recruitment process.

Participants will:
• learn more about the key leadership attributes that underpin the work of a headteacher and be able to reflect on their own leadership in relation to these
• find out more about the key components that comprise a recruitment process for a headteacher post
• have the opportunity to resolve any queries in relation to the reality of a post as a headteacher and the recruitment process.

There will also be the opportunity to ask questions and share ideas with other attendees.
