Description

This webinar will evaluate what a ‘hybrid workplace’ is, what it looks like, how it should work, and importantly how it should promote good standards of employment from a health and safety perspective.

In addition, delegates will evaluate the nature and need of flexible arrangements ensuring that legal requirements to manage risk, wherever it presents itself, is not compromised through lack of understanding and capability.

With some in the room, and some on Zoom, leaders and managers now need to approach their craft in a different way to engage, develop and manage teams.

Developing the skills of flexibility, proactive communication, emotional intelligence and inclusion will enable delegates to become a standout hybrid team manager or leader.

Alongside this, trust hugely comes into play and no longer can we rely on our own preferred ways of working to manage others. This plays out practically in meetings, one to one, coaching, feedback, team dynamics and situational leadership.

This webinar will answer the following questions:
• What does hybrid leadership mean?
• Why is it a different set of skills to in-person?
• What is needed to develop as a Hybrid leader?
• What is the impact of getting it right (and wrong!)?
• What does this mean to the apprenticeship curricula?

This interactive webinar will:
• Explore hybrid team needs, understand key skills for hybrid leadership and why it is so important for collaboration, performance and success
• Share tools and techniques to help collaborate with, engage and motivate a team
• Enable delegates to fine-tune their hybrid team leadership skills with some helpful practical tips.
