The latest Department for Education figures have identified misbehaviour as the cause of a 12% rise in exclusion rates. Additionally, it is also a primary reason for increasing numbers of people leaving the teaching profession. This conference, chaired by Head of the New Rush Hall Group John D'Abbro, aims to equip teachers with the neccessary skills to successfully handle misbehaviour among pupils. These include using technology to promote self-regulation among pupils, ways of identifying anxiety disorders and ADHD in students, and implementing action plans to build on good-behaviour practises within schools,
