Description

This Forum provides attendees with the opportunity to explore the impact that reforms to SEND provisions have had on improving outcomes and attainment for children. Delegates will hear from leading policymakers on how to use fresh government funding and implementing the new combined CQC/Ofsted local area SEND inspections. Participants will also hear from best practice case studies on successfully implementing multi-agency initiatives and outstanding school SEN provision which has helped raise educational attainment for pupils with SEND.

This Forum is specifically designed for the Education and Local Government Sectors including Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers, Principals, Assistant Principals, Directors of Special Educational Needs, Regional Directors, Senior Education Advisors, Heads of SEN, Inclusion Service Managers, Learning Support Manager, SENCO’s and Qualifications Assessment Officers. This Forum is also open to the Voluntary and Private Sectors to encourage networking and discussion.
