The student watchdog has told a university to improve academic support after publishing the outcome of its first Ofsted-style visits.
Assessment teams from the Office for Students (OfS) inspected the London South Bank University and the University of Bolton to analyse the quality of their business and management courses.
The regulator said it found areas of concern at Bolton but not at London South Bank.
Independent academic experts talked to staff and students. The OfS will consider whether any regulatory action is appropriate.
