This in-person fringe event at Labour Party Conference will take stock of the current policy landscape in the run up to the Post-16 White Paper. Six years after the publication of the Post-18 Education Review, are we making progress towards the vision of a joined-up Tertiary Education system accessible to all?

• Malcolm Press, VC of Manchester Met University & new President of Universities UK
