This two day in-person conference is for all those involved with the delivery of apprenticeships, providing business-critical updates, advice and ideas for all apprenticeship employers and providers.

The event will offer plenary sessions, during which you will hear and receive critical updates and ideas from senior civil servants, employers and leading apprenticeship delivery experts, and policy experts about the future of apprenticeships.

Keynote speakers include:
• Amanda Spielman, His Majesty’s Chief Inspector, Ofsted
• Jennifer Coupland, CEO, Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education.

Further plenary speakers will be announced in the lead up to the conference.

AAC workshops are intended to provide delegates with essential updates and ideas. Over both days, there will be over 60 workshop options, all lasting 50 minutes.

Workshops are curated in partnership with key organisations and individuals working within the apprenticeship sector. Government departments and agencies, colleges, training providers and employers will provide workshops.

In addition, delegates may book to attend the Annual Apprenticeship Conference Gala Dinner & Awards Evening, always a highlight of the conference programme. This year over 500 attendees will take their seats at Birmingham’s ICC to mark the end of AAC 2022 and celebrate discovering the winners of the FE Week & AELP AAC Apprenticeship Awards 2023.
