This four day in-person conference is the group of members who come together each year to set the policy of the union, rather than the event itself. Conference usually meets once a year during Easter.

Other than the rare occasions when all members are balloted, Conference is the ultimate decision-making body of the union.

Members of Conference are elected for twelve months. Although uncommon, special meetings of Conference members can be called at other times of the year.
