This six month programme will provide an extensive, impactful opportunity to reflect and grow as a leadership team while building new skills and a network of peer support to drive your school trust forward.

The programme covers the many aspects on what it takes to become a successful executive leader within your organisation, including:
• Leadership - Implement strategies through authentic leadership, setting and evidencing your impact and growing as a strong trust.
• School improvement - Develop school improvement by overcoming barriers, identifying tipping points and evidencing progress.
• Impact - Review impact and progress to produce action plans for upcoming years and your wider executive team.
• Growth - From personal growth as an executive leader, to growing your school trust and evidencing progress.
• Strategy - Adapt and hone your vision and strategy from finance and operations, to governance, and key areas of trust leadership.
• Team development - Build and strengthen your team identity and ensure you function cohesively to achieve maximum impact and efficiency.

The programme is designed for two delegates at each face-to-face session, your whole leadership team at all digital sessions and at the two one-day conferences.
