This two day in-person conference is a fantastic networking opportunity to meet with an array of school leaders and help shape our policy focus for the coming year – through debates, hearing from speakers and voting on motions put forward by branches across our twelve regions covering England, Northern Ireland and Wales.

Last year, those who chose to attend our national conference for the first time reported a strong feeling of belonging and clarity around how your decisions, as members, affect the work we carry out on a daily basis. Many have since become more involved on a local level as a result of this experience, however this is not an expectation.

We welcome diversity and strongly encourage members who would be eligible to join any of our three equalities networks to attend, along with Edge members and Associate members; this opportunity is open to all members of NAHT.
