This one day in-person conference will explore what we believe should be an entitlement curriculum for all, where specialisation and personalisation is helpful, and how we can support all young people to achieve dignity in their grades.

We will also consider both the policy landscape around curriculum and the practical things school, college and trust leaders are doing.

Topics covered include:
• The current curriculum landscape, including latest policy updates and updates on Ofsted.
• What else should be on the curriculum? What should all young people learn? How are schools managing this?
• How do we ensure our curricula are as inclusive as possible?
• What approach do different schools, colleges and trusts take to managing pathways and specialisms?
• How do you balance a common core entitlement with a more personalised approach?
• Who should make decisions about the curriculum?

The conference is suitable for any school or college leader with overall responsibility for curriculum, or anyone working across a family of schools at a curriculum level.
