This webinar is designed to help bridge the gap between Deputy Headship and the role of a Head of School, whilst still having a Headteacher or CEO in place. The session will look specifically at the skill set required for a Head of School role and provide opportunities to ask questions and to take advantage of a networking opportunity in a role that is increasingly used in schools.

A Head of School is a fantastic role and this session explores the importance of preparing to lead a school in this capacity. The webinar presents a number of strategies for you to establish yourself with all stakeholders and ideas of how best to set yourself clear objectives that will enable you to evaluate your impact as a Head of School.

As with all roles, the positives will be presented alongside first-hand experiences of the pitfalls that can occur along the way. More than anything, it is hoped that this session will inspire those who are keen to take on this role, as well as providing some quick wins for those who are just starting out on their journey.
