This online masterclass series is held in two parts and is led by FE reputation management expert Ben Verinder and social anthropologist and interpersonal communications specialist Tillie Harris, supports principals and senior leaders to enhance their own and their institution’s position, engage meaningfully with stakeholders and affect change.

During this two-part masterclass series, the facilitators will draw on a deep understanding of both individual psychology and organisational dynamics, alongside robust evidence, to ensure a strategic and nuanced approach to engagement – across organisations, between individuals and within teams.
