The next year will see the biggest reforms to curriculum and assessment in over a decade, with an emphasis on how we can ensure that the curriculum works for all young people, focused on inclusion and belonging and fantastic outcomes for all. This annual one day in-person conference therefore takes ‘Equity and excellence’ as its theme.

The conference will begin with keynote sessions on designing and realising a glorious curriculum, and getting the most out of your heads of subject and curriculum leads. We will then focus on what an inclusive curriculum looks like, both within and beyond the classroom. In the afternoon sessions, we’ll explore the impact of recent policy announcements on curriculum design, including the next steps for the Curriculum Assessment Review (CAR), the changes to how Ofsted inspects curriculum and teaching, and qualification reform, and finish with an inspiring yet practical session on how to lead curriculum change in your own context.
