One of the ways in which TDT works with leaders in schools is through establishing regional hubs, and working with hundreds of schools across the country to improve teaching through high-quality design, leadership and evaluation of professional development.

These local networks are held remotely over Zoom and:
• Create safe environments for head teachers, senior leaders and CPD leaders to share and collaborate
• Facilitate and promote engagement with research around teacher professional learning, as well as contextualise this for local needs
• Build new relationships and reinforce existing networks
• Develop local capacity and expertise about high-quality CPD through access to TDT’s cutting-edge tools and resources for improving teaching and learning.
