Description

This two day in-person CPD event is for all senior and aspiring school, college and trust leaders. The theme of the Annual Conference for 2023 is Empowering Leadership.

Through a fantastic programme of keynote speakers, practical workshops and unique networking opportunities, we will explore and champion the value of empowering each other, our teams and the children and young people that we work with.

With the wide ranging and far-reaching issues facing education leadership and our wider society, it is more important than ever that we have the opportunity to come together, to collaborate in developing solutions, and most importantly, advocate for and strengthen the confidence of, our colleagues and communities.

During the conference delegates will hear from inspirational leaders from education and other sectors, sharing examples of how they have been empowered and of the work that they do to empower others.
