Our theme this year is carefully chosen in the light of the significant changes and reforms to the education system, all of which need ambitious and confident leadership at all levels. We still face the significant effects of the pandemic, while implementing change and remaining ambitious for learners.

Speakers will include ASCL General Secretary, Geoff Barton together with nationally renowned curriculum and leadership specialists. We are also delighted to welcome the Minister for Education and Welsh Language as well as the Chief Inspector, and the CEOs of Qualifications Wales and the Education Workforce Council. Updates will also be provided by our pensions and legal specialists.
