This one day conference is designed for all those interested in research-informed practice.

researchED is on a mission to raise research literacy amongst teachers, bring people together, promote collaboration, increase awareness, promote research and explore what works.

The day will feature an impressive line-up of speakers who will be sharing their knowledge and expertise about how research has scope to support our work in the classroom and across every school.

There will be workshop strands in the following areas, and attendees are welcome to pick and choose between any of the 20+ available:
• Curriculum
• Research in theory
• Research in practice
• Leadership.

In addition to the 6 sessions taking place during the day, there will be subject specific input on English, Maths, Science, MFL, Geography and History.

New to researchED Kent is a strand of workshops where speakers and delegates can work together developing research-informed ideas and resources to take back to the classroom. These optional workshops will be an opportunity to bridge the gap between research and practice by working exactly out what this might look like in the classroom.
