For most school leaders the last two years have been the most challenging in their career.

On top of the operational difficulties of lockdowns, the attainment gap is widening, catch-up funding will barely scratch the surface and the mental health crisis in schools is all too real.

Now is the time to come together with other school leaders, influential figures and government representatives to rebuild.
