Description
As critical workers, education staff wellbeing has been adversely affected by the challenges of the pandemic.
The free to adopt education wellbeing charter is being implemented by many schools and multi-academy trusts as a timely declaration of support and commitment to the wellbeing and mental health of everyone working in their schools.
Evaluating wellbeing is a way to show current and prospective staff that the school, college or MAT is dedicated to improving and protecting their wellbeing to underpin lasting benefits for organisational policies and processes – and most importantly, the staff – if approached systematically.
In this 30-minute online briefing, will provide attendees an overview of:
• The evidence proven benefits of improving staff wellbeing
• The charter – why sign-up
• Meeting the 11 Commitments – but not all at once
• Where to start and what to focus on
• Effectively measuring and tracking staff wellbeing
• Plus, a brief look at the Welbee platform.
Hosted by Ross Morrison McGill, attendees will be introduced to Mark Solomon, founder of Welbee, a highly effective online evaluation for staff wellbeing.
This online session is pitched for school and college leaders.
