This online event will cover moving from a reactive to a proactive college-wide approach to embedding diversity into subject learning outcomes in schemes of work and lessons.

Spread across two sessions, this first module will include:
• Drafting a Diversity Curriculum statement Using the learning outcomes model; sampling teaching materials
• Exploring equality in the learning process and classroom management
• Using diversity calendar events e.g. mental health week, LGBTQ+ history month
• Devising a tutorial curriculum for diversity to support the subject-based learning.

The second session will be scheduled for 11/03/2022 at 10:30 - 12:30.
