In the past two years there has been a real focus on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Further Education has been under scrutiny as a sector, whilst individual colleges have taken stock around the culture of inclusion they generate for staff and students alike. What is clear is that every college is on its own journey, whether focussing on the broad remit of inclusion, tackling specific issues such as racism, homophobia, or sexism.
