This webinar is aimed at Early Career Teachers who would like to know more about planning language rich lessons which will support learners who use English as an additional language.

This session will move beyond the language of instructions and questions to explore the language of a subject and will provide a framework to help identify the key language demands of the curriculum. Strategies that scaffold language comprehension and use will be introduced to ensure that subject area content is accessible for learners using English as an additional language. Implications for lesson planning will also be addressed.
