Hosted by Amanda King, this two-hour online workshop for new leaders will explore what makes effective leadership practice within an early years context.

Delegates will have opportunities to:
• Explore the role of leadership and personal development within an early years context
• Discuss one approach to developing a team’s vision and linking this to curriculum intent, and implementation.
• Think about the process of development planning, using the Education Endowment Foundation model
• Develop wider knowledge and confidence using a range of monitoring and self-evaluation approaches to judge quality and impact, linked to the Ofsted inspection schedule
• Consider the impact of change and the use of theoretical models to describe this.
