This webinar is aimed at new headteachers who started their role in September 2022. After a month in post, this webinar will provide delegates with the opportunity to reflect on their first month of headship and consider how they plan to address the many challenges that lie ahead.

This live webinar (which can also be viewed as a recording post-session) will provide delegates with time to reflect upon their role to date together with opportunities to consider how to continue to develop their leadership journey as a new headteacher throughout their first year in post.

Participants will:
• have an opportunity to reflect and share some of the highs of their first month of headship and also some of the more challenging situations they have had to handle
• explore a number of framework tools to support them in handling common issues associated with leading a large organisation
• be provided with a list of ten helpful pointers to keep in-mind throughout their first year of headship.

There will also be the opportunity to ask questions and share ideas with other attendees.
