Now more than ever, leaders in schools and colleges must be able to connect - with themselves, with the organisation they lead, their stakeholders, and, in an age of increasing globalisation, with the wider world. The Covid pandemic has left a legacy of alienation and disconnection across society and education, and as we emerge into the post-pandemic world, we must refocus on this need for connectivity.

This one day in-person conference will provide an opportunity for members to connect with each other as well as hear from expert speakers, both from the sector and wider society.

Using connected leadership as our framework, we will explore various connections which are critical for leading successful schools and our speakers will cover a number of themes.
