This one day in-person collaborative conference will focus on bringing together school and trust senior leaders, leaders of Teaching and Learning, leaders of Professional Development, Lead Practitioners and anyone interested in making staff development in education count, helping teachers to stay in school and grow.

Teachers deserve professional development that is impactful and meaningful, and work environments that foster agency and joy, so that they stay in the profession and thrive.

At this event delegates will explore what teacher professional growth feels like in 2025 and what leaders and policy makers can do to create inclusive cultures of ongoing CPD, so that teachers thrive and children succeed.

We’ll hear from a diverse range of speakers and panellists on topics ranging from implementing cultures of instructional coaching and developmental approaches to appraisal, to flexible working and evaluating the impact of CPD.
