As issues of consent, gender and healthy relationships continue to dominate the news cycle, school staff are becoming ever more aware of the need for a comprehensive, inclusive RSHE provision.

Optimus Education has planned a series of six age and stage appropriate masterclasses that will ensure a school’s culture matches the present-day need.

Delegates may join multiple sessions for a varied diet of learning, or just one session based on current demands, to be assured delivery is implemented in a confident, lasting manner.

The first session on ensuring a whole-school approach discusses RSE expert Alice Hoyle’s top tips so attendees can leave refreshed and inspired about next steps.

Delegates may expect:
• Engage with other school leaders and staff for a 1.5 hour session specifically aimed at improving the setting’s approach to RSHE
• Interact with an expert speaker, ask questions and share best practice
• Receive a school-wide license to share the recording with colleagues to help enhance school culture
• Benefit from a suite of wraparound resources to supplement learning and techniques to install a school-wide approach to inclusive RSE provision.
