Exploring the link between increased teacher workload and mental health issues, this one-day course will look at how educators can alleviate their workload and work towards their own wellbeing.
Attendees will learn about a range of strategies and insights into ‘what teachers can do in the classroom’ and ‘why and how’ they work, and how fast streaming these practices can help teachers to manage their own wellbeing.
This course is led by Ross Morrison McGill with psychological insight from leading psychologist, Dr. Tim O’Brien, and is supported by a wide range of research. Delegates will also receive a signed copy of McGill’s book, ‘Mark. Plan. Teach.’.
