As mental health rises up the public and political agenda, many workers still face problems and discrimination when it comes to mental health in the workplace. On top of this, stress at work is now the biggest concern for health and safety reps in the South West. 

TUC Education and TUC South West are holding introductory events on mental health awareness for reps and officers. A range of workshops will be available on the day to encourage a wide range of discussions on the issues around mental health.

Topics include dealing with workplace stress, mental health awareness, a discussion on the legal protections available, and campaigning on mental health at work. This event is free to attend.
