Teaching is increasingly becoming a high-stress career. The pressure to perform and meet the ever-changing needs of education stakeholders has all too often resulted in teachers striving to achieve at the considerable expense of their own wellbeing. This has led to burnout, an increase in staff absence and retention issues.

This one day event will equip delegates with invaluable guidance and easy-to-implement strategies to create a whole-school culture that prioritises staff wellbeing, such that is integral to ensuring effective teaching and support.

Delegates will benefit from insightful keynotes and content-rich workshops designed to inform of interventions that may be led to support staff wellbeing in school:
