A Shetland primary and other state schools have beaten off competition from the private education sector to land top prizes in Scotland’s inaugural school food awards.
Cullivoe primary — on the island of Yell and 80 minutes by ferry from the Shetlands’ capital, Lerwick — won the sustainable school of the year award.
