Community has produced a new resource for members in its Education & Early Years Sector on pay, terms and conditions and industrial action.
The resource sets out the union’s member-led campaign demands on pay and working conditions and model letters for members to use to write to their local MP.
It sets out clear and practical information on what teachers and school staff should and should not be expected to do during industrial action by other unions.
