The aim is for staff at all levels to act as inspirational role models to students through the ways in which they engage in their own learning and skills development. This might take the form of learning in an applied way, ‘on the job’, through special projects and sideways or upward moves as well as one-to-one coaching and the more traditional routes of structured professional development.
