Talks between UCEA and the HE trade unions continue.
Following agreement on terms of reference for a review of the UK HE pay spine, progress is being made towards agreeing terms of reference for negotiations covering equality pay gaps, contract types and workload.
Work continues with a further meeting scheduled with Acas on 14 March 2023.
