Following the government’s Catapult Network Review 2021, UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) has changed its funding rules.
Catapults who meet the research councils funding eligibility criteria will be allowed “to collaborate on projects of mutual interest to the network and the research and innovation landscape”.
To implement this change UKRI will open grant competitions available to independent research organisations (IROs) and public sector research establishments (PSREs) to Catapults.
