A new framework which aims to enhance assessment in higher education is published today as part of Advance HE’s ‘Student Success’ series.
Enhancing Assessment in Higher Education is the second in a series of revised frameworks contained within ‘Essential Frameworks for Enhancing Student Success’, guidelines developed by the sector, for the sector.
Over the past two years, Advance HE has led the progression and development of nine existing frameworks, drawing upon evidenced based peer reviewed literature, reports, working papers, case studies and evaluations. Feedback from the global sector through a range of webinars, summits and guided conversations has helped to enhance the frameworks further.
The Enhancing Assessment in Higher Education framework looks beyond the metrics to define how higher education professionals can refine and enhance assessment to enhance student success.
