London Economics were commissioned by the Higher Education Policy Institute (HEPI) and Kaplan International Pathways to assess the benefits and costs of international higher education (HE) students to the UK economy in 2021-22 based on the new UK parliamentary constituency boundaries, building on our previous work which used the previous boundaries.
