The Socioeconomic Index for Small Areas (SEISA) is a UK-wide area-based measure of deprivation constructed using the 2021 Census (2022 in Scotland) and derived using area-level data on the qualifications and occupations of residents formed using smaller areas (in terms of population size) than the Indices of Deprivation.
