While party manifestos have not been published at the time of writing, it is clear that all political parties seeking control of the Senedd (Welsh Parliament) in May 2026 will be determined to provide a clear strategy for boosting economic growth and productivity, given the relatively weak performance in Wales compared to the rest of the UK.
