A sleeping child was injured and others put at risk of choking on food at a nursery controlled by Edinburgh University, it has emerged in the new Times Childcare League Table.
Staff at Arcadia Kings Buildings nursery could not explain how the child came to harm in the sleeping area of the nursery, which was among the poorest-rated nurseries in recent inspections, following the child’s injury in November last year.
