A University of Oxford college's name change is in doubt after the first payment of a £155million donation pledged by a Vietnamese billionaire didn't arrive.
Linacre College has memorandum of understanding with Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao's company Sovico Group and announced it would change its name change to Thao College once money was received.
