An Oxford professor has called on academics and students to “break the spell” of the decolonisation doctrine, which is spreading across university campuses.
Nigel Biggar, 67, a free speech champion, said the “anti-rational” theory, used by some to demonstrate that the UK is systematically racist, was the stablemate of “authoritarian politics”.
