Dr Eleanor A. Power of the Department of Methodology has been granted a Research Leadership Award by The Leverhulme Trust.
The award provides up to £1 million to talented scholars to build a team to tackle a distinct research problem. Dr Power's project, titled 'Reputational poverty traps' and the reproduction of social inequality in South Asia and the world, will be a four-year investigation beginning in autumn 2023.
The Leverhulme Trust provides grants and scholarships for research and education. It operates across all the academic disciplines to support individuals in their research and professional training.
