A headteacher says she will refuse Ofsted inspectors entry to her school after the death of fellow school leader Ruth Perry, as teaching unions call for a pause in inspections.

Ms Waters has called for schools to "boycott Ofsted".
Flora Cooper, the executive headteacher of the John Rankin Schools in nearby Newbury, Berkshire, tweeted on Monday, March 20: "I’ve just had the call. I’ve refused entry.
