A series of job adverts reveals further information about England’s first secure school which is set to open on the site of the former Medway Secure Training Centre at the end of this year.
Oasis Restore, the name of the service run by Oasis Charitable Trust, is advertising for a series of roles across education, social care and human resources.
Described on its own website as a “revolution in youth justice”, roles advertised at the secure school include teachers for barbering, construction and music as well as a registered manager position.
Job descriptions tell potential applicants: “You will be key to delivering a curriculum that provides a nurturing, therapeutic and educational community that embeds hope, stability, and opportunity for children in our care.”
