Nearly three quarters of parents in Scotland are worried about the rise of artificial intelligence and its impact on their children’s future, research has revealed.
A survey found 71 per cent are concerned about the emerging new technology and whether their children are equipped to deal with it.
Parental anxiety echoes the fears expressed by head teachers in The Times on Saturday that artificial intelligence (AI) is the greatest threat to education and governments are responding too slowly to its dangers.
The survey was conducted by Opinion Matters on behalf of Kelvinside Academy in Glasgow.
