The evaluation of the early career framework (ECF) rollout is still in its early stages. This report details the initial survey findings from the first wave of our external evaluation which received over 18,000 responses from early career teachers (ECTs), mentors and induction tutors.
The surveys were conducted with those involved with a training provider delivering ECF-based training.
